Each Project is taken through a process from Concept Development through After Sales Support and at Streamline Systems we try to create a friendly atmosphere where we can work one on one with clients to excel in each one of those areas.
- Concept Development – In the first stages of the project we sit with the client, looking over facility plans, photos, drawings sketches, favorite colors, anything, that could give us a clue as to the design or feel for the space so we can match that with the equipment to be installed.
- Design & Quotation – Along with our quotation customers receive full engineering drawings along with EASE plots showing expected SPL and intelligibility ratings in the space.
- On Site Services – Each project is given a project plan and a dedicated project manager who will liaise directly with the client and is hands on not only with the design and installation process but also with the after sales and support.
- After Sales Support – Streamline Systems has a fully operational repair facility and is the only Bosch & Electrovoice facility authorized to repair equipment under warranty in Trinidad and Tobago. What this translates to the client is true after sales support, faster turn around times, and less costly repairs.
